Ben is an experienced corporate adviser with an extensive track record of advising clients on strategic and capital markets transactions.

With 4 years’ experience in investment banking, Ben specialises in corporate and financial communications. He has advised public and private companies and financial sponsors on a variety of transformational acquisitions and sale processes, as well as significant capital raisings in both the equity and debt capital markets.

Ben’s intricate knowledge of M&A and capital markets, and exposure to investor, media and regulatory engagement provides clients access to unique perspectives on broader communications strategies and campaigns.

Advising across a wide range of sectors, Ben has previously specialised in financial services and technology, with broader experience in leisure, real estate, infrastructure and natural resources.

Ben joined SEC Newgate from Barrenjoey, and was at Gresham prior to that.

Ben graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Accounting.
